  • 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the website, mobile application, online services, digital content, streaming services, or any other platforms operated by Taylor Cambridge Ministries (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Taylor Cambridge Ministries, a nonprofit religious organization ("Ministry," "we," "us," or "our").

    IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES.

    Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any updates or modifications to these Terms
    constitutes your acceptance of such changes. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, donors, volunteers, and others who access or use the Services.

    2. Description of Services


    Taylor Cambridge Ministries provides faith-based content, resources, and community services, which may include, but are not limited to:

    • Sermons, devotionals, and religious teachings in audio, video, and written formats
    • Live and on-demand streaming of worship services and events
    • Online donation and tithing processing
    • Prayer request submission and response
    • Community forums and discussion boards
    • Event registration and ministry program enrollment
    • Newsletters, blogs, and email communications
    • Volunteer coordination and ministry resources

    The Ministry reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any aspect of the Services at any time without notice or liability.


    3. Eligibility and User Accounts


    3.1 Eligibility


    Use of the Services is intended for individuals 13 years ofage or older. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may only use the Services with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using the Services, you
    represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

    3.2 Account Registration


    Certain features of the Services may require you to create auser account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete informationduring registration
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information
    • Maintain the confidentiality and security of youraccount credentials
    • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
    • Notify the Ministry immediately at the contact information below if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account
    • The Ministry reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Ministry, or third parties.

    4. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and beliefs of Taylor Cambridge Ministries. You agree that you will NOT:

    • Post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
    • Engage in conduct that contradicts or undermines the Ministry's faith-based mission or stated doctrinal positions
    • Impersonate any person, entity, or Ministry staff member, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
    • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Services without express written consent
    • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or interact with the Services
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services
    • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious or destructive code
    • Use the Services for any commercial solicitation without prior written approval from the Ministry
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Services
    • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

    The Ministry reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor user activity and to remove or restrict access to any content or account that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

    5. Intellectual Property Rights

    5.1 Ministry Content


    All content available through the Services, including but notlimited to sermons, teachings, devotionals, music, videos, photographs, graphics, logos, text, and software ("Ministry Content"), is the property of Taylor Cambridge Ministries or its content licensors and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Ministry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Ministry Content solely for your personal, non-commercial, and religious edification purposes. This license does not include the right to:

    • Reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or createderivative works from Ministry Content without express written consent
    • Use any Ministry Content for commercial purposes
    • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or otherproprietary notices
    • Transfer or sublicense your rights to any third party

    5.2 User-Submitted Content

    By submitting any content to the Services (including prayerrequests, forum posts, comments, testimonies, or other materials), you grant Taylor Cambridge Ministries a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Ministry's mission and the operation of the Services.

    You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

    6. Donations and Financial Transactions

    Taylor Cambridge Ministries is organized as a nonprofit religious organization. Donations made through the Services may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Ministry will issue appropriate acknowledgment letters for qualifying donations upon request.

    By making a donation or completing any financial transactionthrough the Services, you agree to the following:

    • All transactions are processed through securethird-party payment processors, and your financial information is subject to the privacy policies of those processors
    • Donations are generally non-refundable; however, theMinistry may, in its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis
    • Recurring donations may be cancelled by contacting theMinistry at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled transaction
    • The Ministry is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the User
      Nothing in these Terms creates a fiduciary relationship between you and the Ministry with respect to donated funds. All donations are used at the Ministry's discretion to further its religious mission.

    7. Privacy Policy

    Your use of the Services is also governed by our PrivacyPolicy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.

    8. Third-Party Links and Services

    The Services may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by Taylor Cambridge Ministries. The Ministry has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Ministry of the third-party site or any association with its operators.
    You acknowledge and agree that the Ministry shall not beresponsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any
    such third-party content, goods, or services.

    9. Disclaimers of Warranties

    THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TAYLOR CAMBRIDGE MINISTRIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THESE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (B) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

    Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit the Ministry's right to exercise its religious judgment and discretion in providing all spiritual content, counsel, and community services.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAYLORCAMBRIDGE MINISTRIES AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, VOLUNTEERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT THEREON.


    IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MINISTRY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE MINISTRY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (EXCLUDING DONATIONS); OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).


    Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation ofcertain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaylorCambridge Ministries and its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights.

    12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


    12.1 Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, for the resolution of any disputes.

    12.2 Religious Autonomy

    The Ministry operates as a religious organization and expressly reserves all rights afforded to religious institutions under federal and state law, including those protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Matters touching upon religious doctrine, church governance, membership,
    ministerial decisions, and ecclesiastical discipline shall be resolved exclusively pursuant to the Ministry's internal governance and doctrinal standards.

    12.3 Informal Resolution

    Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact the Ministry in writing and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. The parties shall make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty
    (30) days of notice.

    13. Modifications to These Terms

    Taylor Cambridge Ministries reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and post the revised Terms on the
    Services. For material changes, we may provide additional notice, such as a prominent announcement on our website or an email notification to registered users. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the effective date of any revisions constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.

    14. Termination

    The Ministry may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe you have violated these
    Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership
    provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

    15. General Provisions

    Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taylor Cambridge Ministries
    regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

    • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in
      full force and effect.
    • Waiver: The failure of the Ministry to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
    • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Ministry's prior written consent. The Ministry may freely assign these Terms without restriction.
    • Force Majeure: The Ministry shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government action.
    • No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any third party.
